1. The service
In Development Studios ("we", "us") operates a producer-matching platform that analyzes audio you upload to build a sonic profile and connects you with other producers who share it, along with related tools, a web application, and account features.
2. Your content and your responsibility
You may only upload audio you own or have the necessary rights to use. You are solely responsible for ensuring your uploads and your use of the platform comply with copyright and other applicable law. Analyzing or fingerprinting a recording does not create or transfer any rights in the underlying work. We may suspend accounts used to infringe others' rights and respond to valid takedown notices sent to indevelopmentstudios.help@gmail.com.
3. Accounts
Some features require an account. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. One account works across In Development Studios products, and deleting it removes access across all of them.
4. Plans and billing
We offer a free plan and paid plans, billed through Stripe as described on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues through the end of the paid period. Prices and plan features may change on notice.
5. Community conduct
Matching and connections are for good-faith collaboration. Don't harass, spam, impersonate, or misuse other users' contact details or profile information. We may limit, suspend, or remove accounts that abuse the platform or other members.
6. Matching and results
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Matches are generated from audio analysis and are suggestions only — we don't guarantee any match, connection, response, or outcome, and the quality of analysis varies with the source material.
7. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and will make reasonable efforts to notify members of material changes.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
